Job Description

We are looking for candidates with experience in US Mortgage Bankruptcy processes and a good understanding of bankruptcy procedures, documentation, and payment history preparation.

Key Responsibilities & Process Knowledge

• Working knowledge of Proof of Claims (POC), Motion for Relief (MFR), PPFN, PCN, NOFC, Referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, Plan Review, SOI Review, and Transfer Notices.

• Experience with 410A forms and payment history preparation.

• Experience in preparing POC and MFR drafts for attorney review.

• Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines, including plan structure, repayment, discharge, and eligibility.

• Understanding of bankruptcy setup, closure, and discharge processes.

• Knowledge of Bankruptcy Chapters 7, 11, and 13 and payment history preparation.

• Working knowledge of each bankruptcy chapter, including setup, corrections, and modifications of key dates.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance while processing bankruptcy-related documentation and activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of education / basic degree completion.

• 1–7 years of overall experience, with 1–5 years of relevant experience in the specified domain/skill.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Candidates should have relevant experience in US Mortgage / Bankruptcy processes.

Important Information

• Mandatory WFO for 5 days a week.
