Job Summary

We are hiring a Treasury – Senior Process Associate with experience in treasury accounting, payment management, bank reconciliation, cash application, reporting and AR/AP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle treasury accounting, payment management and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare cash-in-hand, cash-in-transit and cash positioning reports.

• Perform contra transaction, Visa, petty cash and staff advance reconciliations.

• Manage AR cash application, receipts, adjustments and journal processing.

• Research and resolve unapplied cash and coordinate with clients for remittance information.

• Handle treasury payments including IC, tax and statutory payments.

• Support AP payments, reporting and reconciliations.

• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and liaise with banks.

• Maintain collection files and historical aged TB reports.

• Support statutory/internal audits and GFC compliance.

• Manage payment controls and debt processes.

• Resolve queries and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.

• Apply cash transactions in ERP and prepare cash forecasting reports.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of relevant Treasury / Finance & Accounting experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of treasury accounting and reconciliations.

• Experience in AR cash application and payment processing.

• Good knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel.

• Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Education

Graduate and/or Post Graduate with relevant work experience.
