Job Title: Training Lead – SCM

We are looking for an experienced Training Lead – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support large-scale ERP transformation and procurement training initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and procurement processes, SAP Ariba, and delivering training programs within global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate training for ERP deployment to SAP Ariba (Guided Buying) and organizational change initiatives.

• Conduct training on procurement processes including Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), PR, PO, GR, invoicing, sourcing, and supplier management.

• Support internal procurement teams and global end-users through instructor-led training, self-paced learning modules, and knowledge articles.

• Collaborate with the Global Training Manager to develop and deliver effective learning programs.

• Work closely with Learning & Development teams to align training content with organizational learning standards.

• Coordinate with Change Champions, Change Managers, and Project Coordinators to schedule and execute training programs.

• Ensure all training materials are maintained, updated, and accessible through the organization's learning platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training within Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance operations.

• Experience delivering training programs in large international organizations.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement lifecycle processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and procurement processes such as Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting corporate transformation or ERP implementation projects is preferred.

Shift Details
