Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Technical Trainers with relevant Google Product or ServiceNow experience to design and deliver technical training programs, support employee onboarding, manage learning programs, and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Candidates with expertise in either Google Products or ServiceNow can be considered based on their relevant experience and certification.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

• Design, plan, and deliver technical training programs.

• Conduct training sessions focused on technical processes, incident management, resolution, and communication.

• Support onboarding programs and coordinate learner access, training materials, and required resources.

• Develop and maintain training content, exercises, and learning resources.

• Assess learner performance and provide feedback.

Learning Program Administration

• Manage user access and accounts on learning platforms.

• Resolve learner access and administrative issues.

• Track attendance, learner progress, feedback, and assessment results.

• Analyze training data and prepare reports on training effectiveness.

• Identify training gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate training programs using learner feedback and performance data.

• Improve training content and delivery methods based on identified gaps.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training resources.

• Work with stakeholders to understand training requirements and improve learning outcomes.

Required Technical Skills

Google Product Track

• Relevant Google Product Experience – Mandatory

• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Certification – Mandatory

• Google Cloud technical knowledge

• Technical training and learning program management

ServiceNow Track

• ServiceNow Experience – Mandatory

• ServiceNow Certification – Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Candidates must have relevant experience in Google Products or ServiceNow.

• Candidates should possess the relevant certification for their technical track.

• Candidates will be evaluated and aligned to the appropriate Google Product or ServiceNow Trainer requirement based on their experience and certification.
