Education:

- Graduate from a reputed university or equivalent experience (Must Have)

- Undergrad with 18 months relevant experience can also apply

Language Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Global English to be C1 or higher (CEFR)

- EMEA Languages to be C1 or higher for primary language and English B2 or higher

- Excellent Communication Skills is Must Have

Key Responsibilities:

- First Call Resolution: Efficiently handle customer queries and resolve during first contact

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences balancing technical support and sales objectives

- Handle customer interactions professionally across phone and chat

- Convey technical information in clear and customer-friendly manner

- Manage tone and maintain professionalism during challenging interactions

- Record all interactions accurately in CRM and follow through within 24 hours

- Identify root cause by asking relevant and targeted questions

- Utilize product knowledge and reference materials to solve known issues

- Work towards operational goals and adhere to processes

- Focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
