Job Title: Team Member - Portuguese Language Expert  

Job Location: Delhi  

Job Type: Full Time | Onsite  

Shift: 11:00 AM - 2:00 AM. Multiple shifts with flexible timings  

Experience: 2 to 8 Years  

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3). Graduation is compulsory.

Key Skills Required:

- Intermediary Level Portuguese Language OR Graduation in Portuguese Language

- SAP Ariba exposure is mandatory

- Ability to translate, interpret, handle inquiries and provide support to Portuguese-speaking clients

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Working knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Accounts Payables, Journal Entry, Reconciliation

Job Responsibilities:

- Process invoices received in Portuguese and English and post invoices for approval in SAP

- Support business by obtaining necessary approvals to process invoices in Portuguese

- Examine and resolve invoice-related issues by engaging with business stakeholders

- Handle emails and tickets raised by business related to invoices
