Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments.

• Handle payment and account-related queries.

• Resolve invoice and payment disputes.

• Coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain accounts and process payments.

• Prepare basic Excel reports.

Eligibility

• Prior International Voice Collections experience preferred.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Comfortable with night shifts and 100% WFO.

• Immediate joiners only.
