HIRING: TEAM LEADER – INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS

Location: Gurugram

Band: BPO 3/4

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team handling International B2B/B2C Voice Collections.
• Drive team performance, productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Manage escalations, client disputes, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze collection metrics, aging reports, and DSO.
• Conduct team coaching, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Improve collection strategies and ensure client-defined KPIs are met.

Requirements:

• Prior team-leading experience in International Voice Collections is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with 100% Work From Office and 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
