Job Summary

We are hiring a Team Lead – Supply Chain Management to manage end-to-end order management operations, ensure KPI delivery, and lead a team while maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires hands-on experience in sales order management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and conduct regular internal reviews

• Ensure delivery, quality, and exception handling are effectively managed

• Take ownership of KPIs and ensure daily operational targets are met

• Meet business, operational, and contractual objectives

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Sales Order Management

• Customer-focused approach

• Team handling experience

Good to Have

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes
