Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Live TV & Media Operations to manage live TV/media operations, lead teams, monitor SLAs, handle escalations, and ensure high-quality delivery in a time-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live TV operations and ensure SLA adherence.

• Assign work to team members and follow up on task completion.

• Monitor and process live programs/airings using internal tools and dashboards.

• Handle tickets, chats, emails, escalations, and vendor communications.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and improvement plans to team members.

• Perform quality checks, audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.

• Manage escalations and coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Participate in client calls, reviews, and performance reporting.

• Prepare and analyze team metrics for performance tracking.

• Maintain awareness of multiple simultaneous live video feeds and identify program cues accurately.

• Support internal audits and required documentation.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience.

• 3+ years of experience in leadership/people and process management.

• Experience in live operations, call center, help desk, network operations, or OTT/media operations preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Live TV, Live Sports, and Video on Demand (VOD).

• Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Experience with CRM/ticketing/workflow tools.

• Strong computer skills with Google Suite, Chrome, and related applications.

• Experience with mobile devices, tablets, Smart TVs, Xbox, iOS/Android, etc.

• Experience managing partners and interacting with business users.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.

• Ability to monitor live streams for extended periods and identify program start/end cues.

• Strong reporting and data-analysis skills.

Work Requirements

• Work From Office – Bangalore.

• Willing to work weekends and any shift without rotation between shifts.

• May occasionally be required to work beyond the defined shift based on client requirements.
