• Make manual data entries and corrections for all fallouts
•

• Reconcile payroll, HR and benefits data to avoid downstream issues
•

Compliance and Review

•

• Run periodic and ad-hoc reviews: anniversary bonus reviews, pay rate and job data audits, and benefits-impacting changes linked to union codes
•

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor laws, union agreements and company policies
•

Notes

•

• Industry and role: I used BPO (#9) because of the band. Your lists have no HR or data role, so I used Business / EDP Analyst (#9), which is the closest match for master data work. Deputy Manager – Operations (#27) is an alternative if the role leads a team, but a BPO 3 band suggests an individual contributor with some lead duties.
•

• Title mismatch: The title says “Lead”, the summary says “Specialist”, and one line says “Asst Manager”. I used “Lead”, so please confirm which title and level are right.
•

• ROE: Your JD says “Return of Equity”, but in HR it usually means “Record of Employment” (a Canadian document), which fits the SIN and union references. I kept “ROE” without expanding it, so please confirm.
•

• Shift: It wasn’t given. SIN, ROE and union codes point to a Canadian or US client, so this is probably a night shift. Please confirm with your client.
•

• Experience: The Preferred Qualifications mention “order management”, which looks like a leftover from another JD. I kept it as given, so check whether it applies.
•

• Salary: At up to ₹9 LPA for 5-8 years in Chennai, this budget is workable for HR operations roles.
