About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – Buyer to lead sourcing and procurement operations within the Supply Chain function. The role involves managing procurement delivery, leading a team, handling client relationships, driving operational excellence, mitigating risks, and ensuring SLA, quality, and business objectives are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sourcing, and Procurement.

• Experience leading procurement or buyer teams in a shared services or enterprise environment.

• Strong experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience handling domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Knowledge of contract administration, procurement operations, and risk management.

• Experience monitoring delivery, quality, KPIs, and exception management.

• Exposure to Oracle, SAP, or other ERP sourcing modules.

• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, MBA, or related field (preferred).

• Supply Chain Management certifications are an added advantage.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Procurement is mandatory.
