Role Summary

We are hiring a Team Lead, P2P Quality to lead quality control operations for our Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) process. You will make sure the team follows quality standards, SOPs and compliance requirements, review audit findings, and drive corrective actions that improve accuracy and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead end-to-end quality control operations for the P2P process
• 
  
• Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps and recommend corrective actions
• 
  
• Make sure daily audits are done and reported to internal and external stakeholders
• 
  
• Prepare RCAs and 5 Whys for errors, with strong preventive actions
• 
  
• Make sure team deliverables are completed on time, compliant with standards and policies, and reported accurately
• 
  
• Meet all SLA and KPI targets
• 
  
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• 
  
• Handle internal reporting and SLA adherence
• 
  
• Exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for team TAT and accuracy

Required Skills and Experience

• 
  
• 7-10 years of experience, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle (invoice processing, helpdesk, payments, vendor master and T&E)
• 
  
• Experience in quality control, audits and RCA in a shared services or BPO environment
• 
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Excellent communication at all levels

Good to Have

• B.Com, M.Com or post graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
