Job Title : Tax Accounting Lead 

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Tax Accounting Lead to manage end-to-end indirect tax operations, Sales & Use Tax compliance, and tax accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in corporate tax, Oracle ERP, service delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring tax compliance, driving process improvements, managing SLAs, and leading a high-performing tax accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Use Tax accounting and compliance activities.

• Manage tax accounting operations, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery.

• Oversee Oracle ERP tax processes and tax infrastructure.

• Conduct technical tax research and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Lead and mentor the tax accounting team.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.

• Ensure accurate tax reporting and General Ledger integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Master's in Taxation (MST), CPA, CA, CMA, or CMI preferred.

• 8–12 years of relevant Tax Accounting experience.

• Strong experience with Oracle ERP and indirect tax processes.
