Role Overview

TCS is hiring a SuccessFactors & HRO Team Lead to lead HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors support activities. The role involves managing Employee Central, L2 support, SAP–SuccessFactors integration, HR process transitions, payroll support, reporting, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors support activities.

• Manage L2 support issues related to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP replication.

• Troubleshoot SAP–SuccessFactors integration and replication issues.

• Support Employee Central and employee lifecycle management.

• Manage process transitions, knowledge transfer, and stabilization activities.

• Prepare process maps, SIPOC documents, RCA reports, and escalation trackers.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Generate SAP and SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.

• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Business stakeholders.

• Support payroll validation and HR data management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure SLA compliance.
