Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sr. Process Associate – GL & Fixed Assets with strong expertise in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, and Fixed Assets accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Ledger accounting and Fixed Assets processes
• Perform GL and bank account reconciliations
• Handle month-end close activities and journal entries
• Ensure compliance verification, approvals, and quality review
• Manage intercompany and intracompany transactions, including billing and revenue recognition
• Prepare and maintain Fixed Assets schedules and depreciation records
• Assist in audit activities and respond to auditor queries
• Perform customer account and statement reconciliations
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial data

Must Have Skills:

• Record to Report (R2R)

• Fixed Assets Accounting
• Intercompany Accounting (InterCo)
• Month-End Close & Journal Entries
• Bank & GL Reconciliations
• Compliance Verification & Quality Review

Good to Have Skills:

• Payroll Reconciliation
• Foreign Currency Revaluation
• Fixed Assets Analysis & Audit Support
• Knowledge of Oracle and Cadency
• Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
• Commerce/Finance background preferred:
  • B.Com / B.Com (Hons)
  • M.Com
  • MBA (Finance)
  • CA Inter / ICWA Inter

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have 4–8 years of relevant experience
• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible
• Candidates must be willing to work in 24x7 shifts
