Job Title : Sourcing & Procurement Manager 

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager in Bangalore with 8–12 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Procurement Operations, and Stakeholder Management. The role will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities, working with domestic and international suppliers and customers, driving process improvements, ensuring governance and compliance, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering measurable business impact.

Candidates with experience in Retail or Transportation & Logistics industries and exposure to Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow will be preferred. The role requires strong managerial experience, analytical skills, communication abilities, and the capability to drive procurement transformation and operational excellence.

Site Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Procurement Management: Manage sourcing and procurement operations, support category teams, review purchase orders, consolidate spend data, and ensure delivery requirements are met.

2. Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Manage domestic and international suppliers/customers while collaborating with multiple client stakeholders to understand business requirements and forecasting needs.

3. Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust governance, controls, quality plans, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation programs across procurement operations.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting: Drive process improvements and business impact initiatives while preparing reports, analysis, project updates, issues, challenges, and performance insights for customers and management.

5. People & Program Management: Lead teams, manage competing stakeholder priorities, drive action items and aggressive timelines, resolve operational issues, and ensure accountability across projects and programs.

Qualification

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Procurement Operations, or related functions.

• Prior managerial experience in Sourcing / Procurement is required.

• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in Retail or Transportation & Logistics is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, excellent English communication, collaboration, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
