Sourcing & Procurement Manager

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST)

Experience: 8–12 Years

Band: BPO 5/6

Salary: Up to 20 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with international client stakeholders to understand business requirements, demand forecasting models, and delivery expectations.

• Team & Operational Leadership: Guide delivery teams on client-specific terminologies, manage program execution, and oversee overall team performance.

• Governance & Risk Mitigation: Establish process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation strategies while ensuring strict compliance and governance.

• Supplier & Sourcing Operations: Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers; assist category teams with spend consolidation, PO reviews, and administrative sourcing tasks.

• Process Improvement & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, drive business impact initiatives, and present periodic status reports and issue resolution plans to executive management.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years in Sourcing & Procurement, with proven managerial experience overseeing domestic and international supplier operations.

• Domain Focus: Exposure to the Retail or Transportation & Logistics industry is highly preferred.

• ERP & Systems: Proficiency in MS Office with hands-on exposure to enterprise procurement tools (Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow).

• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time, regular education (10 + 2 + 3).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
