Hiring – Sourcing & Procurement Manager

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8–12 Years
Band: BPO 5/6
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Sourcing and Procurement.

• Managerial experience in sourcing/procurement processes.

• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Experience driving process improvements and delivering business impact.

• Experience in Retail or Transportation & Logistics is preferred.

• Knowledge of MS Office.

• Exposure to ERP tools such as Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow is preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Prior people management/managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to meet delivery requirements.

• Work with multiple client stakeholders to understand business requirements and forecasting models.

• Support teams in understanding client-specific business terminology and processes.

• Ensure robust governance, controls, compliance, and quality standards.

• Manage overall program activities and issue resolution.

• Lead and manage team members effectively.

• Prepare reports and analysis demonstrating process improvements and business impact.

• Support category teams with activities such as spend consolidation and purchase order reviews.

• Provide periodic project status reports and highlight issues/challenges to customers.

• Manage multiple stakeholder priorities, action items, timelines, and accountability.

• Develop process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation programs.

• Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
