Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SME – CA/CFA with strong expertise in Capital Markets, Financial Analysis, and Equity / Fixed Income. The ideal candidate should possess advanced analytical capabilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide subject-matter expertise across capital market processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep financial statement analysis, including ratio, trend, and comparative analysis.

• Interpret financial performance, profitability, and key business metrics.

• Provide guidance on the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including order initiation, execution, matching, settlement, confirmation, clearing, and reconciliations.

• Support change management, training initiatives, performance management, daily huddles, and root-cause analysis.

• Partner with product owners to define functional requirements and review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents.

• Ensure functional requirements align with capital market workflows and processes.

• Implement best practices and provide subject-matter expertise within the area of responsibility.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and simplify complex processes to improve outcomes.

• Drive day-to-day problem solving and query management while ensuring SLA commitments are met.

• Define, review, and maintain SOPs and quality reports in line with established standards.

• Provide SME leadership and support to teams on process, quality, and operational matters.

Must-Have Skills

• CA / CFA qualification.

• Strong knowledge of the Capital Market / Stock Market domain.

• Advanced capability in financial statement analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis, and Comparative Analysis.

• Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products.

• Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

• NISM / CMSA or other Capital Market / Stock Market certifications.

• Experience in capital market operations and trade lifecycle processes.

• Experience with process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
