Eligibility

• CA or CFA qualification (Mandatory)

• 7–10 years of relevant experience

• Strong Capital Market domain knowledge

• Advanced expertise in Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis, and Trend Analysis

• Good understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Stock Markets

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Capital or Stock Markets (NISM, CMSA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret financial performance and profitability through ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis.

• Guide teams on the complete trade lifecycle, including order initiation, execution, settlement, clearing, confirmations, and reconciliations.

• Support change management initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.

• Collaborate with product owners to define functional requirements and review business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and system design documents.

• Implement and promote best practices within the Capital Markets domain.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and simplify complex business processes.

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure service level commitments are consistently achieved.

• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs and quality reports to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
