Job Title : Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable 

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash (OTC) in Nagpur with 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, insurance accounting, commission reconciliation, billing, and OTC processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in the insurance brokerage or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry, with strong knowledge of insurance commission receivables and reconciliation activities.

The role involves managing commission receivables from insurance companies, processing and reconciling direct bill commissions, following up on outstanding collections, maintaining accurate commission records, and processing broker commission rate changes. Hands-on experience with Applied EPIC or other Insurance Agency Management Systems (AMS) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage commission receivables reconciliation from insurance companies and follow up on outstanding commissions to ensure timely collection.

2. Handle accurate and timely receipt, posting, and reconciliation of direct bill commissions on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

3. Process corrections and changes to broker commission rates, ensuring accurate accounting and appropriate documentation.

4. Track direct bill commission details including carrier name, check/receipt date, commission amount, processing date, and completion status.

5. Maintain accurate records, document process changes, collaborate with internal teams, and support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree / Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant accounting or billing experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Experience in insurance brokerage or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
