Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SCM Planning & Scheduling Associate with strong knowledge of supply chain, sourcing and procurement processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, contract management and stakeholder communication while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the PR to PO conversion process efficiently and accurately.

• Handle sourcing and procurement activities in line with business requirements.

• Work extensively on SAP MM, LE and SD modules.

• Manage contracts and coordinate with suppliers for contract-related activities.

• Handle vendor negotiation and vendor onboarding processes.

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to defined timelines and work standards.

• Prepare and maintain various reports for internal and client stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Read, comprehend and respond effectively to business emails and calls.

• Manage client and internal stakeholder requirements effectively.

• Handle and coordinate with UK customers.

• Ensure timely resolution and completion of assigned activities.

• Maintain quality and accuracy across daily operational activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing or Procurement.

• Good working knowledge of SAP MM, LE and SD.

• Strong understanding of PR to PO conversion.

• Knowledge of contract management and supplier management.

• Experience in vendor negotiation and vendor onboarding.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Experience handling UK customers is required.

• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
