SCM Planning & Scheduling Associate

Location: Kolkata

Shift: Rotational Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST & 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)

Salary: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA

Experience: 2–4 Years

Band: BPO 1

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Execution: Execute end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) conversions accurately within established SLA timelines.

• Vendor Management: Support vendor onboarding, contract management, and supplier negotiations across various category levels.

• Stakeholder & Client Relations: Build strong working relationships with UK-based clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective cross-functional communication over calls and email.

• Reporting & Data Accuracy: Generate, analyze, and distribute operational procurement reports for key internal and client stakeholders.

• Process Compliance: Maintain high standards of operational accuracy, data integrity, and confidential information handling.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time, regular education (10 + 2 + 3).

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning.

• Domain Focus: Proven experience handling UK customers/clients is required.
