We’re hiring an RTR Team Lead (Record to Report) with strong experience in RTR operations, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, SAP or JD Edwards, and team leadership. If you have a background leading finance operations teams and driving process improvements in a shared services or BPO environment, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of enterprise RTR delivery.

What You’ll Do

* Lead Record to Report (RTR) operations including journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, fixed asset and lease accounting
* Manage cash and balance sheet reconciliations and drive resolution of complex open items
* Review team output, conduct quality checks, and mentor SMEs and senior associates
* Prepare dashboards, governance reports, analytics, and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders
* Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements
* Lead stakeholder discussions, governance calls, and risk mitigation activities
* Ensure compliance with SLA, reporting, and operational excellence standards

What We’re Looking For

* 8-10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR)
* At least 3 years of experience as an SME in complex RTR processes
* At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising finance operations teams
* Strong expertise in month-end close, journals, reconciliations, reporting, fixed assets, and lease accounting
* Hands-on experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)
* Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Strong analytical, governance, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities
* Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training is preferred (Black Belt is an advantage)

Education

* B.Com, M.Com, CA, or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounting

Important Notes

* 5 days work from office is mandatory, including one weekend during month-end close
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
