Role Overview

TCS is hiring an RTR (Record-to-Report) Analyst to support Record-to-Report finance operations, including General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires experience with SAP/SAP S4 HANA, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to maintain high-quality financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting activities.

• Execute month-end and period-end close activities.

• Prepare and post journal entries.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

• Handle fixed asset accounting.

• Create and manage internal orders.

• Support financial reporting activities.

• Maintain accounting accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).

• Maintain query logs and documentation.

• Support system testing and UAT.

• Coordinate with finance and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–8 years of RTR / General Ledger experience.

• General Ledger Accounting.

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
