Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RTR Lead with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting, General Ledger (GL), month-end close, balance sheet analysis, and complex accounting. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing close activities, resolving open items, supporting reporting, driving process improvements, and interacting with the client/retained team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review R2R/General Ledger activities and month-end close processes.

• Perform balance sheet analysis and reconciliation and resolve open items.

• Review and handle complex journal entries, including revenue recognition.

• Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and daily operational updates.

• Participate in month-end close meetings with the retained/client team.

• Support governance calls and maintain effective client relationships.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process controls.

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

• Train and support team members on accounting processes and best practices.

• Track budget-related expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

• Maintain healthy vendor and stakeholder relationships.

• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in R2R/GL.

• Strong knowledge of Core Accounting, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, and Month-End Close.

• Experience in complex accounting and journal entries.

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Experience with Revenue Recognition is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and client-management skills.

• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and process improvement.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
