Job Title : RTR GL Manager 

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced RTR GL Manager to lead Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience with strong expertise in General Ledger, R2R processes, ERP systems, stakeholder management, and client escalation handling. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills while managing end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger operations.

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls.

• Handle client escalations and collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders.

• Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and process improvements.

• Monitor budgets, maintain vendor relationships, and support financial reporting.

• Drive team performance, quality, and governance activities.

• Work effectively in a night shift and 100% work-from-office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).

• MBA Finance, M.Com, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent Finance qualification.

• 10–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end R2R and General Ledger processes.

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
