Shift: 12:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Job Responsibility:

- Willing to work in night and rotational shifts

- AR experience required

- Customer service skills

- Well-organized and proactive

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

- Good listening skills

- Ability to work independently

- Tracking budget expenses

- Attention to detail

- Maintains healthy vendor relationships

- PC proficiency

- Data entry skills

- General math skills

Education:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

- Non-technical graduation in finance and accounts stream - MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

Must Have Skills:

- Overall work experience of 10+ years in F&A domain

- Understanding end to end of R2R activities

- Preferred experience of handling Client escalations

- Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations

- Preferable experience on ERP systems (Oracle etc.)

Good to Have Skills:

- Finance and Accounting - Record to Report - GL Domain Expert

- Excellent Communication Skills

- MS Office and Excel Skills

- Customer Management Skills

- Presentation Skills

Other Requirements:

- PAN and DOB required for profile creation
