​Role/Skill: RTR GL Manager

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

 Must Have Skills:

•     Overall work experience of 10+ years in FnA domain

•     Understanding end to end of R2R activities

•     Preferred experience of handling Client escalations

•     Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations

•     Preferable experience on ERP systems ( Oracle etc.)

Good to Have

•     Finance & Accounting - Record to Report -GL Domain Expert

•     Excellent Communication Skills

•     MS Office & Excel Skills

•     Customer Management Skills

•     Presentation Skills

 Job Responsibility

•     100% WFO (work from office)

•     Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.

•     AR experience required

•     Customer service skills

•     Well-organized and proactive
