Role Overview

TCS is hiring an RTR – Associate Manager to lead Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger (GL) operations within the Finance & Accounting function. The role involves managing month-end close activities, team leadership, SLA governance, client interactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger (GL) operations.

• Manage work allocation, exceptions, and query resolution.

• Conduct month-end close reviews with business and retained accounting teams.

• Review complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance.

• Track SLAs and prepare operational reports.

• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Manage a team of 10+ finance professionals.

• Participate in governance calls and client reviews.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor budget-related activities.

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
