We’re looking for an RTR Analyst with strong General Ledger and reconciliation experience to support accurate financial reporting, period-end activities, and smooth month-end close operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

• Prepare and post journal entries and support period-end processes.

• Handle fixed asset accounting and internal order activities.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Support financial reporting and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Work with SAP/SAP S/4HANA and ERP-based finance processes.

• Maintain query logs and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Support system testing and UAT activities.

• Ensure quality, accuracy, turnaround time, and daily targets are consistently achieved.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

• CA/CMA/CPA, CA Inter, or CMA Inter is an advantage.

• 2–8 years of relevant RTR/GL experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • General Ledger Accounting

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation

  • Month-End Close

  • Journal Entries

• Hands-on ERP experience; SAP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.

• Good Excel/MS Office and data-handling skills.

• Strong written and spoken English communication.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
