Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of relevant experience in Record to Report (RTR) processes within an MNC, BPO, or captive environment. The candidate should have strong expertise in core accounting, IFRS/GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and RTR operations.

Education & Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Graduation in Finance & Accounting such as B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent

• Relevant experience in an MNC, BPO, or captive environment

• BPO experience is mandatory

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible

• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required for profile creation

Key Responsibilities

• Handle core RTR activities including journals, bank reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Perform month-end activities, book closure, journal processing, and account reconciliations.

• Apply strong knowledge of core accounting principles, IFRS, and GAAP.

• Provide expertise in Revenue Accounting, PPE, Variance Analysis, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet commentary.

• Work on SAP / Oracle accounting ERP systems and balance sheet reconciliation tools such as BlackLine or Trintech.

• Allocate work, manage exceptions, resolve queries, and review complex accounting activities.

• Participate in month-close review meetings with business and retained accounting teams.

• Monitor quality, compliance, SLA tracking, and reporting.

• Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and corrective/preventive actions.

• Manage and review team performance where applicable.

• Provide accurate and timely responses to UK clients and address accounting-related queries and requests.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with strong RTR experience, excellent accounting knowledge, and hands-on exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.
