Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves sourcing execution, supplier coordination, commercial analysis, contract administration, stakeholder management, spend analysis, and procurement governance while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events for real estate and facilities procurement categories.

• Coordinate supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation.

• Gather business requirements, technical specifications, budgets, and service levels.

• Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance.

• Maintain sourcing records, supplier information, pricing files, and contract trackers.

• Track contract milestones, renewals, supplier commitments, and service issues.

• Analyze supplier performance, pricing trends, and spend data.

• Support supplier negotiations and review meetings.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approvals, and audit standards.
