In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, support commercial negotiations, and ensure efficient procurement processes from sourcing to contract execution.

What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist, you'll support end-to-end sourcing activities while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and excellent stakeholder service.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Execute sourcing activities across real estate and workplace-related categories.

• Coordinate supplier outreach, request for quotations (RFQs), bid evaluations, and commercial comparisons.

• Support procurement activities for:

  • Office Leasing

  • Facilities Management

  • Building Maintenance

  • Workplace Services

  • Utilities

  • Office Fit-Out Projects

  • Property Support Services

• Assist with supplier selection and sourcing recommendations.

Supplier & Contract Management

• Coordinate supplier onboarding and qualification processes.

• Support contract preparation, approvals, and documentation.

• Maintain supplier records, sourcing documentation, and contract trackers.

• Monitor supplier commitments, renewals, service performance, and compliance requirements.

• Participate in supplier review meetings and support issue resolution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Facilities, Finance, Legal, Procurement Operations, and Workplace Services teams.

• Gather business requirements, technical specifications, service expectations, and project details.

• Support sourcing, ordering, invoicing, and contract administration activities.

• Ensure smooth communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Commercial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze supplier pricing, spend data, and procurement trends.

• Support commercial evaluations and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Prepare sourcing reports, procurement documentation, and performance dashboards.

• Maintain accurate sourcing records in accordance with governance standards.

Compliance & Process Excellence

• Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, approval workflows, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

• Support process improvements that enhance sourcing efficiency and supplier performance.

• Assist in resolving sourcing escalations while maintaining operational continuity.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Business Administration

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Commerce

  • Finance

  • Real Estate

  • Facilities Management

  • Or a related discipline

• 2–7 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Strategic Sourcing

  • Procurement

  • Facilities Procurement

  • Workplace Services Procurement

  • Real Estate Operations

  • Commercial Procurement

• Experience supporting supplier sourcing, procurement, or contract administration.

• Strong analytical and commercial evaluation skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
