Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA

• 10–15 years of overall experience in Finance and Capital Markets

• Minimum 5 years of experience independently managing large assignments in Capital Markets and Financial Information Services

• Strong understanding of Company Financial Reports, Financial Statement Analysis, and Equity Capital Markets

• Experience managing large global teams and client-facing delivery operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Company Financials for the Equity Capital Market team across global delivery centers.

• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial reports while maintaining high quality standards.

• Lead teams of 100–200 members across multiple geographies, time zones, and business streams.

• Act as the primary client contact and manage client meetings, SLAs, governance, and delivery metrics.

• Analyze daily performance indicators and drive operational improvements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Own the P&L for the assigned business cluster.

• Plan staffing, resource allocation, and training requirements.

• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Identify business growth opportunities through effort estimation, validation, and pricing.

• Lead process improvement initiatives and support strategic projects.
