Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Capital Markets and Company Financials operations across global delivery centers. This leadership role requires deep expertise in Equity Capital Markets, Company Financial Reports, Broker & Analyst Reports, Fixed Income Products, and end-to-end delivery management. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, manage large global teams, oversee client engagement, and lead strategic business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Company Financials and Capital Markets operations.

• Lead global teams of 100–200 professionals across multiple geographies.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery while meeting client SLAs and KPIs.

• Act as the primary client SPOC for governance meetings, business reviews, and escalations.

• Analyze financial reports, company statements, and market information.

• Drive productivity, operational excellence, and continuous process improvements.

• Lead staffing, workforce planning, training, and talent development.

• Own P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Identify business growth opportunities, prepare effort estimations, validation, and pricing.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, ICWA, CA, or equivalent qualification.

• 10–15 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Information Services, or Finance Operations.

• Minimum 5 years managing large Capital Markets assignments independently.

• Strong knowledge of Company Financial Reports, Equity Research, Broker & Analyst Reports, and Fixed Income Products.

• Experience leading large global teams and managing client-facing operations.

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in P&L management, delivery governance, and business growth.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required.

• Experience in Capital Markets and Company Financials is mandatory.

• Must be open to working across different shifts.
