We are hiring an experienced Procurement & Vendor Master Lead to manage end-to-end transactional procurement operations and vendor management processes. What You'll Do:

• Validate incoming requisitions and convert them to Purchase Orders (POs) with all required approvals and checklists in place
  
• Monitor, follow up, and confirm POs; handle PO amendments after stakeholder communication
  
• Run standard reports on reporting tools and maintain dashboards for procurement metrics
  
• Resolve queries from both requesters and suppliers via email and phone in a timely manner
  
• Expedite POs to ensure on-time fulfillment and minimal supply chain disruption
  
• Identify and resolve exceptions, escalate issues where needed
  
• Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on quality, accuracy, and Turnaround Time (TAT)
  
• Lead, guide, and support the team to meet daily operational targets
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in transactional procurement and vendor management, preferably in a BPO or shared services setup
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  
• Proven people management skills with the ability to mentor and drive team performance
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  
• A collaborative team player who takes ownership and works well under pressure
