Job Description

We are hiring a Procurement Operations Specialist / Procurement Operations Lead (German Language Expert) to support global procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in German, have knowledge of procurement processes, and be able to manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stakeholder communication, and SLA-driven operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 1–4 Years

Shift : Rotational Shifts 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide German language support for procurement and supply chain operations.

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Review procurement requests and ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve procurement-related queries.

• Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.

• Perform web-based research and validate procurement documentation.

• Support process improvement initiatives and maintain process documentation.

• Participate in client meetings and weekly operational calls.

• Maintain accurate records and follow escalation procedures for pending requests.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).

• 1–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or shared services.

• Strong proficiency in German (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Location: Hyderabad

• Shift: Rotational (5 PM–2:30 AM / 10 PM–7 AM)
