Job Purpose

We are looking for a French Language Procurement Operations Specialist to support procurement operations by providing French language assistance while ensuring compliance with client requirements, company processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide French language support for procurement operations.

• Read, understand, and communicate business/process-related information in French.

• Process procurement requests within defined SLAs.

• Review PR/SC requests and perform validation checks.

• Support Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.

• Handle stakeholder queries and follow up on pending requests.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Perform peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.

• Adhere to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and internal policies.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including participation in client calls.

• Work in rotational night shifts.

Required Skills

• French language proficiency (Reading, Writing & Communication).

• Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Management.

• Understanding of PR/SC processing and Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–5 Years.

• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts:

  • 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM

  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
