We are hiring a Procurement Operations Specialist – French Resource with 2–5 years of experience in procurement operations and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have strong French language proficiency and experience supporting procurement activities such as Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) processing, supplier coordination, and SLA-driven operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide French language support for procurement operations and business communications.

Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.

Perform due diligence and validation checks on procurement requests.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in line with SLAs.

Handle procurement-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.

Monitor open requests and follow up for timely resolution.

Conduct quality checks to ensure process accuracy and compliance.

Support process improvement initiatives and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Participate in client meetings and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Maintain productivity, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

Experience: 2–5 years in Procurement Operations or Supply Chain.

Strong French language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.

Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order support.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
