Job Summary

We are hiring Procurement Operations – French Resources to support global procurement activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the French language and have a basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations. The role involves processing procurement requests, supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and communicate business information in French.

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Shopping Carts (SC), and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Perform due diligence and validation checks on procurement requests.

• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately within agreed SLAs.

• Handle customer and stakeholder queries and follow up on open requests.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, including French-speaking contacts.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer escalation processes.

• Perform peer quality checks to ensure error-free processing.

• Maintain productivity and quality targets while adhering to compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in the French language (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain processes.

• Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order support is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–5 years.

• French language proficiency is mandatory.

• Procurement or Supply Chain experience is preferred.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

• PAN Card and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
