We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with 1–4 years of experience in ANZ Payroll to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle HCM, payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll calculations, and end-to-end payroll operations. Candidates with HRO/BPO payroll experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for ANZ employees accurately and within payroll calendars.

• Perform manual Gross-to-Net calculations, arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, overpayments, leave encashment, LSL, and payroll reconciliations.

• Manage payroll inputs including timesheets, overtime, statutory leaves, and employee pay elements.

• Handle payroll accounting, post-payroll audits, GL reconciliation, quarter-end and year-end payroll activities.

• Support employee lifecycle transactions including hire-to-retire processes, HR administration, payroll processing, and statutory lodgments.

• Maintain payroll compliance with ANZ payroll legislation and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with onshore stakeholders and resolve payroll-related queries.

• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in ANZ Payroll.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM (Mandatory).

• Experience with Workday and MYOB is preferred.

• Expertise in payroll legislation, payroll calculations, tax processing, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in payroll reconciliation, auditing, and payroll accounting.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
