Role Overview

TCS is hiring an Operations Manager to lead operations management services for Google product-based processes. The role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring KPI and compliance adherence, managing team performance, workforce planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve operational goals.

• Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

• Establish effective communication protocols with stakeholders.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

• Create and execute performance improvement and development plans.

• Conduct daily team meetings and operational reviews.

• Manage workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.

• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical risks when required.

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
