Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to drive AI-led automation and quality transformation across the Media domain, including OTT, Ad Operations, AdTech, and content platforms. The role will own the automation strategy, execution, governance, and quality roadmap with a focus on productivity, scalability, faster releases, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive an AI-first automation roadmap aligned with Media delivery goals.

• Lead AI-driven automation across OTT streaming, AdTech/Ad Operations, and content platforms.

• Design effective human-in-the-loop models by balancing AI decisioning with manual validation.

• Validate data pipelines, analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems.

• Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, and audit-ready processes.

• Leverage GenAI and intelligent automation for test generation, self-healing, predictive quality, and process optimization.

• Ensure quality validation across web, mobile, and device platforms.

• Own automation execution and end-to-end defect lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with distributed technology, operations, QA, and business teams.

• Develop dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights on quality, productivity, and automation performance.

• Drive continuous improvement and scalable transformation initiatives across Media operations.
