Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Senior Finance Analyst (OTC) to manage commission receivables, reconciliation, posting, and collection-related activities within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in insurance brokerage, P&C insurance, or financial services, along with strong accounting and reconciliation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile commission receivables received from insurance companies.

• Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely collection of outstanding commissions.

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, posting, and reconciliation of direct bill commissions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Process corrections and changes to broker commission rates as required.

• Track and maintain direct bill commission information, including carrier name, check receipt date, commission amount, processing date, and completion status.

• Ensure all corrections, changes, and updates are properly documented.

• Maintain accuracy in accounting records and reconciliation activities.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external insurance companies to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Graduate with 4–6 years of relevant billing, accounting, or Accounts Receivable experience.

• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry or P&C insurance is preferred.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.

• Working knowledge of insurance agency management systems (AMS), such as BenefitPoint and Applied EPIC, is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with the EPIC application is preferred.

• Strong understanding of reconciliation, commission processing, billing, and receivables.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team collaboration skills.

• Good documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
