Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Network Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for end-user systems and assist in day-to-day network and security operations. The role involves endpoint support, basic Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewall support, incident management, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and IT applications.

• Troubleshoot LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, and network connectivity issues.

• Monitor and perform basic configuration checks on Cisco switches and routers.

• Support Palo Alto Firewall operations, including rule verification, NAT checks, and log monitoring.

• Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

• Maintain technical documentation and incident records.

• Assist with endpoint and network troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for issue resolution.

• 2–3 years of experience in Endpoint Support and Network Support.
