Role Overview

TCS is hiring an MIS & Reporting Analyst to support reporting, collections analytics, and business intelligence operations. The role focuses on developing reports and dashboards, analyzing collections data, automating reporting processes, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable business insights while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and databases.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on collection performance.

• Analyze outstanding receivables and aging reports.

• Identify trends and provide actionable business insights.

• Create reports and presentations for senior management.

• Recommend and implement reporting process improvements.

• Support automation initiatives using Excel VBA and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve reporting systems.

• Maintain audit documentation and reporting records.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of MIS & Reporting experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• VBA / Macros.

• Financial Modeling.

• Data Analysis.

• Database Management Systems (DBMS).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Experience preparing dashboards and management reports.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
