Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Master Data Management Lead to manage employee master data across HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and Benefits systems. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and seamless coordination with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data across HR systems.

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, LOA, reactivations, and terminations.

• Perform payroll, HR, and benefits data reconciliation.

• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and system fallouts.

• Prepare MIS reports and reconciliation reports.

• Conduct data audits and compliance reviews.

• Update employee personal information, banking details, and contact information.

• Raise and manage IT service requests related to employee master data.

• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HRBP, and IT teams.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and data governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or Master Data Management.
