Hiring: Mandarin Customer Service Agent

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Experience: 1+ Year
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Shift: APAC Business Hours
Band: BPO 2/3
Language: Native Mandarin

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, email, chat & social media

• Support customers with digital banking products and account-related queries

• Resolve complaints and manage escalations

• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM

• Meet defined KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction targets

• Coordinate with internal banking stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services

• Excellent Mandarin communication skills; English is an advantage

• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
